From July 17 to 19, 2025, this year's International Conference on Computer, Information, and Telecommunication Systems, CITS 2025, took place at the Université de Haute Alsace (UHA) in Colmar. Anu Mathew, a Ph.D. student at ivESK, presented there the results of her work on "Realistic Modelling and Optimization of DTLS Handshakes in Constrained LPWAN Environments". On the second day, Prof. Dr. Axel Sikora gave the keynote speech titled "Heterogeneous Real-Time & Secure Networks: Integrating Ethernet, WiFi, and Campus-B5G Networks", in which he provided an overview of current research projects related to secure real-time communication for industrial applications.
