As a researcher at the Institute of Reliable Embedded Systems and Communication Electronics (ivESK), Jubin Sebastian Elayanithottathil completed his doctoral thesis under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Axel Sikora in his role of associated professor with the Faculty of Engineering at the University of Freiburg.

The topic of his thesis was "Unified Multi Abstraction Layer Testbed & Functional Testing Methodology for Spatially Distributed Wireless Networks in IoT Systems".

In his thesis, Jubin Sebastian Elayanithottathil was able to design and implement a unified multi-abstraction layer Testbed that bridges simulation, emulation, and field testing into a unified functional testing methodology—an approach directly relevant to industrial IoT, 5G/6G, and large-scale wireless IoT systems.

Congrgatulations!
