Guest of a CME alumnus at Politeknik Poliwangi / Indonesia

On January 28 and 29, 2026, Prof. Axel Sikora visited Politeknik Banjuwangi ("Poliwangi") in the east of the Indonesian main island of Java.

During discussions about future collaboration

Junaedi Prasetyo works there as a senior lecturer. He completed the CME program at Hochschule Offenburg from 2014 to 2016 and wrote his master's thesis on "Bluetooth Mesh Networking".

The visit included a guest lecture on "Industrial Internet of Things: Recent Trends in Real-Time, Wireless, and Secure Communication" as well as discussions about possible future forms of cooperation.
